1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of sunasterisk-global.com website and services.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Sun* Inc. specializes in AI/ML development, cybersecurity, automation testing and DevOps, mobile app and web app development, and other related services, including POC design, consultancy, design, development, and deployment.

2.2 The scope of the services will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal between Sun* Inc. and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Sun* Inc., including but not limited to designs, code, and concepts, will be governed by the agreement signed between Sun* Inc. and the client.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.

4.2 Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of services for 3 years.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment terms, including fees, invoicing, and deadlines, will be specified in the agreement between Sun* Inc. and the client.

5.2 Late payments may be subject to additional fees, suspension of services or legal actions until payment is made.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 The client agrees to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals necessary for the completion of the project.

6.2 Sun* Inc. is not responsible for delays or project interruptions caused by the client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

7. Warranties and Limitations

7.1 Sun* Inc. warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

7.2 Sun* Inc. does not guarantee the success of project deliverables developed or their compatibility with all platforms unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

7.3 To the extent permitted by law, Sun* Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement upon providing written notice as outlined in the project agreement.

8.2 Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work and reimbursable expenses up to the date of termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties.

9.2 If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per the governing law outlined in the agreement.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Vietnam government, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Sun* Inc. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email and will become effective immediately upon posting.
